One hundred and twenty (120) faculty members and employees of Tarlac State University are currently at Benguet State University in La Trinidad, Benguet to participate in the Association of State Colleges and Universities-Solid North (ASCU-SN) Summer Olympics 2022.
The said event is a five-day tournament from July 19-23, 2022. The opening program was held earlier today (July 20), along with the start of the competitions.
Among the competitions that the university will join are basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess, darts, lawn tennis, table tennis, e-sports, and fun games or laro ng lahi.
Around 23 state universities and colleges have sent delegates to the sporting event.
The host institution for this year's summer games is Benguet State University.
