Dr. Julius Caesar Sicat, DOST-III Regional Director, sets Tarlac State University as an example of developing and utilizing alternative energy sources for mobilization. He cited the solar-powered cart of TSU developed in 2019.
According to Director Sicat in the DOST Briefing Room streamed on March 9, 2022, this technology is ready for commercialization.
